Select menu item <View><Conversion Window> to open the 'Conversion Window'.
This dialog lets you select conform coordinates conversion. Then
conversion is selected, use Points Editor
to drop, move and erase points and marks.
Select menu item <Plot><Polar coordinates> 
to view or and edit data points in 'conversed' (Polar, by default) coordinates.
